I sent an email from you awhile ago and I hope you will be able to co-ordinate with UPS regarding the shipping of my order because it held for more than 10 days already. The customer service representative from UPS told me that:
"The package is now considered lost as stated above, so you have to contact the shipper to report this matter and so they can work an investigation process directly with us to provide further options."
Please! I hope you co-ordinate with them. I know it's the courier's fault not yours. I hope you will be able to fix this with them. Because I already order from you last time but it went smoothly but suddenly the courier had problems and now it's taking a long time to be delivered to me
