I just want to say that your shop have a poor efficiency and client service.
4 months and you can’t sent me my items because you didn’t have DHL, I asked you if you could send me to my Korean address and first told me yes and then no.
Then I asked for EMS and you didn’t answer me just because I put one more order that has been sent.
And now I had to ask again for muy items and you sent but not all because you over sell this items and don’t save mine.
And isn’t the first time that you cancel one of my items.
I don’t know If you have to do a better stock, or what you have to do but I’m so disappointed, and your apology is so empty.
I know you can’t do more merchandise but you MUST to save my items because it was PREORDER, search in all of your shops or in another place my items.
It’s unfair that Mexican ONCE don’t have their items just because you don’t know how to make your work,
I want a real solution, not a simply partial cancelation.
